Here is one more from my Florida trip the other week. Aside from being in Key West, we also wanted to take the epic drive out there from Miami so that's where we flew in and out of. On the last day, we spent the night in South Beach and I had a few images I wanted in mind. I never traveled with my drone before, so this was a first for me.
This wasn't one of the shots on my list but this is one of my favorites. The only other time I flew my drone over an ocean, it was when I first started and was one of the most nerve-wrecking experiences of my life and long story short, I ended with a crash landing. I'm much more confident now, so I was able to get exactly what I wanted.
This is one of those cool google earth type shots where you can see the waves crashing on the beach from a different angle than we're all used to. Peppering the sand and water with beach-goers is the icing on the cake for me. This was towards sunset, so there weren't as many people out but that's ok for me since I rather fly over a smaller crowd regardless.
