I've been extremely busy the past couple of weeks with huge blizzards hitting NYC, traveling to Savannah, GA and moving, so this one is a bit late but that's ok because I knew what was in store for this week. I'm in Colombia for a few weeks so I knew I was going to be able to get some much nicer landscapes out here rather than back home.
The first day in Medellin we took the MetroCable to the top of one of the mountains that surrounded the city. Due to the wind, it was a sketchy ride up but the views were well worth it. The car's windows had smudges on them so I had to shoot right up against the glass wide open to blur the imperfections out as much as possible. They were also giving off a bluish tint so it worked perfectly for a black and white photo.
These cable cars are only about $.30 so it's well worth the experience. Stay tuned for more Columbian Dogwood photos!
