It's hard to shoot photos of NYC that haven't been taken before. It's tempting to reshoot the same images you've seen over and over again but with your name on it but thats not pushing your photography skills.
This view of downtown from the Manhattan Bridge has been shot to death and I see it all over Instagram every day. I wanted to make a shot of this worth it so I decided to do it a little differently. I carelessly rested my camera between the beams on the edge of the walkway and took this image "taking off" my HEATWAVE VISUALS sunnies.
I wanted to make a blog about this concept because instead of seeing the same photos over and over again on Instagram, I want to see something that makes your photos unique. What can you come up with?
