The original date on this photo was March 3rd, 2007, so this is almost exactly 9 years old. I don't remember much from this day but it had to have been one of those sessions where everyone comes out to skate because it's starting to get warm in NYC again.
This school was truly built for the little children which attend it because it's famously home to Staten Islands shortest basketball hoop, a twelve stair knee high wall rail which was the intro to Franco Cammayos section in The Truth 1, and this two-inch tall bank that Joey managed to skate even though he's 8ft tall. Not a particularly crazy trick but I always liked the photo because of the colors and how Joeys rosy cheeks match the red door so well!!! Also, after checking out the META data, I'm assuming this was when I finally started nailing down my settings for fast action photos with off camera flashes.
